When I’m doing housework, animal house-keeping, or general gaming, I like to have something playing in the background. I don’t need to listen or concentrate too much during these activities. To be honest, music doesn’t seem to work for me. I get too fussy about what song I want to listen to. I tend to keep skipping until I find the perfect one.

Well, to fill that void I started listening to terrible stories on YouTube. You know the kind. Those stories seem AI generated. They are completed over text message. Someone is always a CEO’s child or the husband or wife of a CEO. Some sort of rubbish like that.

To be honest, those stories have slightly put me in bad moods all the time. A lot of them are negative. Sure, they end with the ‘bad guy’ getting it, but still. So I’ve been looking for something else to fill that gap.

I’ve subscribed to Audible. I’m trying out some of the free stuff as I only have the one credit at the moment. If anyone has any good recommendations for what to listen to, I’m all ears! I would love suggestions for when I’m playing my games or doing house work.

I love the Greek mythology style (I’ve got all the Percy Jackson books), documentaries about paranormal, aliens, etc. If any of you are subscribed to audible any have some goods suggestions, please let me know!
